Regular servicing for your bike is a must to keep it in safe and working order. We don’t make servicing complicated by having lots of different service types. In reality, your bike either needs a full service, or it needs an interim service, depending on a few different factors (See the FAQ below).

 

One thing that both our service options include is a full MOT inspection which scans the entire bike thoroughly in order to highlight any dangerous major issues or any minor non-dangerous issues. You get an electronic report with the results right after the mechanic has finished the inspection, allowing you to make decisions on what you want to do with those issues.

Your bike is serviced on-site at your chosen location (home, workplace, etc.). We perform all services inside our state-of-the-art mobile workshop van, which is fully equipped to handle comprehensive bicycle servicing.

Do I need to bring my bike to a workshop?

No, our mobile service comes directly to you. We're equipped to perform all repairs and services on-site, eliminating the need for you to transport your bike anywhere.

What if my bike needs parts that aren't immediately available?

If possible, we'll ensure your bike remains in a rideable condition. We'll order the necessary part and schedule a follow-up appointment for installation. Once the part arrives, we'll return to complete the service.

How long will the service take?

Service duration varies depending on the type of service and your bike's condition. An Interim Service typically takes about an hour, while a Comprehensive Service usually takes 1.5 to 2 hours. We'll provide a more accurate estimate when you book your appointment.

Is my bike insured during the service?

Yes, we maintain comprehensive liability insurance to ensure your bike is protected throughout the entire service process.

What if I'm not satisfied with the service?

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll take immediate steps to address your concerns. We offer a full warranty on all services and provide ongoing support to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Can I observe the service process?

Absolutely. Many of our clients find the service process interesting. We're happy to explain our procedures and answer any questions you may have during the service.

What if my bike needs more extensive repairs than initially thought?

Yes, we frequently service bikes at clients' workplaces. As long as your employer permits our mobile workshop to be on-site, we can perform the service at your convenience.
