Well what can I say but what a fantastic service this man provides book a service on my E-Mountain Bike he turned up on... my appointment time work on sorting out a few niggles also did a firmware update sorted my rear lights gave the bike a full health check was very professional will definitely be using again and recommending him to many people in our cycling club 👍

Excellent service, highly recommend. We had my son's bike serviced and it was quick, efficient and made a real... difference. However, after my son took it to school a couple of days later it was "damaged" and the brakes weren't right. This was sorted speedily and for free as part of the warranty! Now my son's bike is perfect again (unfortunately, he won't be riding to school any longer).read more

Grant serviced my bike and did a return visit to complete the work as he didn’t have all the parts he needed for it....

It’s amazing the difference he’s made, it really is like having a brand new bike again, my brakes now work without me feeling like I’m going to pull the levers into my handle bars! everything runs so smooth and quiet again, money very well spent and I can’t recommend Grant enough, he is very knowledgeable and gave me some really good pointers and advice concerning my bike.read more

just had a service on my bike this morning. I called yesterday and it's done by 11.30am today. Excellent service and... very fuss free which is exactly the kind of deal we want. Very knowledgeable guy very reasonable rates. Explained everything that was done to the bike, didn't deliberately stack it all up and overcharge, gave some recommendations on what to keep an eye out for and what would need attention next time round.
All in all a fantastic service and I will use these guys regularly.read more

Grant from MK came and serviced my bike earlier this week. Although I never actually got to meet him, as I was working,... my family were at home to let him in for access to my wheels and they spoke highly of his polite manner and efficient work. Despite some early difficulties after booking for family and part supply reasons, none of which were Grants fault, the lines of communication and contact were excellent and I was never in any doubt that the necessary work would be done well. I will definitely use these guys again and would 100% recommend them to everyone.read more
